2. Product Information
Sparklii Creations offers handmade tumblers, snowglobe cups, apparel, accessories, stationery, and other custom-crafted items ✨
Because many products are handmade and custom-created, slight variations may occur. Colors, glitter movement, designs, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, handmade placement, and materials used.
No two handmade items will ever be exactly identical — that’s part of the Sparklii magic 💫
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on customization level, order volume, and product type.
Current estimated processing times:
• Snowglobe tumblers: 4–6 business days
• Clothing items: 2–5 business days
These timeframes do not include shipping transit times.
Sparklii Creations reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
4. Payments
We accept secure payments through Shopify-approved payment methods. By completing a purchase, you confirm that all payment information provided is accurate, valid, and authorized.
Orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final 💖
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on:
• Custom or personalized items
• Snowglobe tumblers or handmade cups
• Clothing items made or ordered specifically for you
• Opened or used items
• Clearance or final sale products
• Craft supplies or accessories

6. Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, and overall order volume.
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, Sparklii Creations is no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damages caused during transit.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact Sparklii Creations within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number ✨
All claims are reviewed individually to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
8. Customization Requests
By submitting names, text, images, logos, or design requests for customization, you confirm that you have permission or rights to use the submitted content.
Sparklii Creations is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided designs or requests.
9. Social Media & Live Sale Orders
Purchases made through social media platforms, live sales, or direct invoices are still subject to all Sparklii Creations policies and Terms & Conditions.
Unpaid invoices or abandoned live sale claims may be canceled at our discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All Sparklii Creations photos, product names, branding, graphics, designs, logos, website content, and images are property of Sparklii Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
