📦 Order Processing Time

All Sparklii items are handmade, custom-prepared, or specially ordered and are processed in the order they are received ✨

Current processing times:

Snowglobe Tumblers: 6-10 business days (includes degassing, curing, and final inspection) 🧊
Clothing Items: 2–5 business days 👕
Other handmade or custom items: Processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.


🚚 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx or other available carriers depending on location and package type.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS confirmation 💫

🌍 International Shipping Notice
We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by local customs authorities. Customers are responsible for any additional fees required for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing!


⏱️ Shipping Transit Time

Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


🌧️ Shipping Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking shows delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the fastest updates using your tracking number. Sparklii Creations will always assist where possible 💖


📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Sparklii Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to:
• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Old or outdated information provided at checkout

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once processing has begun.


💌 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
• Package weight
• Destination
• Carrier pricing

Shipping fees are determined by the carrier and are not controlled by Sparklii Creations.


📦 Combined Shipping (Live Sales)

For live sale or social media orders:
• Orders may be combined when possible
• Additional shipping charges may apply based on total weight
• Please ensure orders are placed under the same name to help with proper grouping


📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number 💖

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine eligibility for a replacement or resolution.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear is not covered.


📍 Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Some packages may show “Pre-Transit” until scanned by the carrier — this is normal 💫
